Pre-order System
- Products without existing inventory are manufactured in batches when we reach a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20 units, with a target of 50 units per batch.
- The manufacturing cycle begins once MOQ is reached.
- Delivery occurs approximately 30 days after batch manufacturing begins.
Payment Options
- We accept credit card payments via Stripe and school purchase orders.
- For bulk or institutional orders, contact us at hello@mr.industries.
Returns & Exchanges
- We stand behind the quality of our products. If your tinyCore arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
- Due to the nature of electronic components, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.
Warranty
- All tinyCore products come with a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modifications, or accidental damage.
- Warranty claims can be made by contacting hello@mr.industries.
Student Discount
- Students with a valid .edu email address are eligible for a 20% discount on all products.
- Verification is done through our account system by submitting your .edu email.
- Discount applies to personal purchases only and cannot be combined with other offers.
Shipping
- Standard domestic shipping (US) is calculated at checkout based on order weight.
- International shipping is available to select countries at a flat rate of $20.
- Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Open-Source Hardware
- tinyCore is certified Open Source Hardware (OSHWA ID: US002730).
- Hardware designs, schematics, and firmware are available under open-source licenses via our GitHub repository.
- Commercial use of our designs must comply with the respective open-source license terms.
Limitation of Liability
- tinyCore products are intended for educational and prototyping purposes.
- MR.INDUSTRIES is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
- Users assume all risk when integrating tinyCore into their own projects.
